Grenache and Cinsault are the classic
southern grapes destined for rosé wines.
The Grenache vines for this wine are located
on clay and calcareous hillsides and the
Cinsault from sandy plains. The harvest is done at
night to prevent the grapes from oxidation
and preserve optimum freshness. Aged in stainless steel
vats, preserving its freshness. This wine is
light as a feather as it evokes notes of
peaches, strawberries
giving the wine an even more floral bent.
